In anticipation of Dropbox’s big debut on the NASDAQ tomorrow, the cloud storage software company priced its IPO on Thursday night at $21 a share, reports CNBC. Here are some other big numbers:

Offering: 36 million shares (25-times oversubscribed)

Valuation (fully diluted): $9.2 billion (lower than its $10 billion valuation in 2014)

Valuation (non-diluted): $8.3 billion

Revenue: More than $1 billion (in 2017)

Registered users: 500 million (as of February)

Net loss: $111.7 million (in 2017)
