David Sax is a journalist from Toronto whose work has appeared in The New York Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, Saveur, and many others. He is the author of two books: the James Beard award winning Save the Deli: In Search of Perfect Pastrami, Crusty Rye, and the Heart of Jewish Delicatessen and The Tastemakers: Why We're Crazy for Cupcakes, But Fed Up with Fondue. He is currently writing a book called The Revenge of Analog, which will be published in 2016 by Public Affairs.
