Before joining Facebook as head of entertainment partnerships in March 2014, Goldman was EVP of digital for Ryan Seacrest Entertainment and Ryan Seacrest Productions. In this role, she attracted top talent to work with RSP on the development of new original digital properties. Her first series, The Restart Project, a 10-part documentary on AOL, was hosted by Gwyneth Paltrow. Prior to Ryan Seacrest Entertainment, Goldman was the vice president of entertainment at Yahoo, and oversaw all of the company’s entertainment properties. She created Yahoo's entertainment news site omg!, which reaches more than 30 million unique users per month. Prior to joining Yahoo, Sibyl ran Lifetime Television's online programming. In 1995, Goldman cocreated Girls on Film, a website featuring pop culture commentary from a uniquely female perspective. The site was acquired by Oxygen in 1999. Leveraging her experience from the website, Goldman coauthored Girls On Film: The Highly Opinionated, Completely Subjective Guide to the Movies, which was published by Harper Collins in 1999.
