Sheryl Sandberg became Facebook’s COO in 2008, and since then she has turned the social media giant into an advertising powerhouse by focusing on creativity and technology. In 2016, Facebook’s 1.8 billion users generated more than $26 billion in revenue, with 80% of that coming from mobile ads.
