Ronnie Fieg grew up in Queens, New York, obsessed with three things: music, sneakers, and breakfast cereal. As an adult, those obsessions are filtered through his hugely influential brand Kith, which releases limited-edition streetwear and sneakers via its hyperdesigned clubhouse-like stores in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. (He also has a kids' boutique and a chainlet of cereal-and-soft serve spots called Kith Treats.)
In the last few months, Fieg has partnered with brands ranging from the gym-class staple Champion, the outdoors sports giant Columbia, and the haute-ski outfitter Moncler--among many others--to create and release perfectly tweaked versions of their products in extremely limited quantities. New product drops weekly, as opposed to the seasonal releases of traditional brands. Fieg's biggest coup came in February, when he opened his Los Angeles outpost during the NBA's All-Star Weekend, and released his version of LeBron James's signature Nike basketball shoe.
