As chief marketing officer, Norman de Greve has worked to make CVS both an advocate for consumers and a successful retailer. Through his leadership, CVS embarked on a Beauty Mark campaign in which beauty brands had to notify customers if they photoshopped models in their advertising. Right now 70% of images comply with this new standard, but de Greve is working to ensure that every single image within CVS stores and digital platforms is compliant by 2020.
