Evan Spiegel

Cofounder & CEO, Snap

Evan Spiegel created Snapchat at the age of 22 while studying at Stanford University. Since then, the photo-sharing messaging app has become one of the top social media companies, with more than 100 million users churning out over 10 billion videos per day.

In 2013, Spiegel infamously turned down a $3 billion acquisition offer from Facebook, and in September 2016, the company changed its name to Snap Inc., to reflect the brand’s venture into hardware with video-recording sunglasses called Spectacles.
