By age 22, Eva Gutowski had amassed millions of followers on Instagram and YouTube, worked with brands like Sperry and Macy’s, and built a money-making lifestyle empire out of an “every girl” online personality. Gutowski knows how to target types of content for maximum engagement on different platforms: YouTube is for goofy, self-deprecating humor, while Instagram is for fashion and glamorous modeling shots. She’s also worked on scripted shows for her vlog My Life As Eva, including 2015’s How to Survive High School. In 2017, she will star in the YouTube Red original series Me And My Grandma. One of her videos, sponsored by Sperry Top-Siders, boosted sales for the promoted shoes by almost 200%. In February, Gutowski will release a comedic memoir with Simon & Schuster called My Life As Eva: The Struggle Is Real.
