For redrawing digital design
Dylan Field is the cofounder of Figma, a browser-based collaborative design tool intended to improve on Adobe’s industry-dominating Illustrator. With Field’s technically impressive soon-to-launch platform, multiple users can simultaneously edit the same graphic and track their workflow in a single web-based platform—something no other professional design software has attempted. He started the company with his former TA, Evan Wallace, in 2012 after winning a Thiel Fellowship and dropping out of Brown University. The company raised $14 million from Greylock Partners, Index Ventures, and other firms in 2015.
