Headquartered in Brooklyn, Work & Co is a relatively new entrant to New York's design scene, but that hasn't stopped it from making a big splash. Founded in 2013 by a cabal of ex-partners from Huge, Work & Co has designed websites, apps, chatbots, and other digital experiences for Virgin America, Aesop, Nike, Fast Company, and more. In addition, Work & Co's slick design skills are so in demand that it is routinely entrusted with digital product innovation for companies like Apple, Google, Nike, and Facebook, which rarely approach outside design firms. In 2018, Work & Co had its most productive year yet, designing a Trump-tracking tool for Planned Parenthood, apps for Philz Coffee, branding for Etsy, and websites for Lyft, TechCrunch, and the insurance startup Hippo. It also developed Today at Apple, a learning platform that invites customers around the world to participate in interactive sessions at the Apple Store.
