This Dental Startup For Millennials Comes To You In A Tiny House
Lydian is taking a tooth-and-nail approach to reinventing dental care, including cozy rolling offices and a punchy brand by Rapt Studio.

Rapt Studio built a reputation designing splashy offices for the likes of HBO, Vans, and Dropbox. But the 63-person firm’s greatest accomplishment is how it has designed itself. Under CEO David Galullo, it has adopted a design approach inspired by its own clients in Silicon Valley. The method combines the Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies, and it emphasizes the collective intelligence of a team over the authority of a singular genius. The new approach has helped Rapt increase annual revenue by 123% and double its number of employees, to 63. It recently launched a studio in New York City, supplementing existing offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
