As the snack food division of PepsiCo—and the parent to brands like Tostitos, Doritos, Ruffles, Lay's, Cheetos, Sun Chips, and more—Frito-Lay advertising is familiar to every modern consumer. To combat potential fatigue, the company constantly tests new and innovative ways to get our attention, whether it's a Super Bowl ad or a Snapchat post. In 2017, it set up a temporary Cheetos museum in Times Square (an exhibit of more than 128,900 Cheetos shaped into individual pieces of art) and teamed with celebrity chef Anne Burrell to open a pop-up Cheetos-themed restaurant in New York called The Spotted Cheetah.
