The company has released its annual agency diversity report for 2016/2017, noting that agencies have made strides in bringing more women into its workforce. The company says that today 61% of agency account teams are made up of women and 51% of their senior leadership roles have gone to women. HP says that’s a +5 percent and +4 percent, respectively, premium over agency targets.
