Known as DevLoop, the test track is 500 meters (1,640 feet) long and 3.3 meters (around 11 feet) in diameter, reports the Verge. While nowhere near long enough to transport passengers at blazing speeds across the country (as Hyperloop One hopes to one day), it is long enough to begin conducting public trials of its technology later this year.
