An uncrewed cargo ship headed to the International Space Station lost communication with the Russian space agency 382 seconds into flight. It never made it into orbit and there were reports of explosions in the sky around Tuva, Russia. Officials released a statement saying that cargo in the spacecraft burned up in the dense atmosphere. The loss of the cargo ship will not affect the crew and the operations of the ISS.
