$6 billion “medical innovation” bill passes in the House 

The 21st Century Cures Act, a $6.3-billion bill that proponents say will spur medical innovation, improve access to drugs, and battle the opioid epidemic, just passed the U.S. House of Representatives with widespread bipartisan support.
