eBay says its women employees make as much as men working in similar positions. As part of its Gender Pay Equity Study released Friday, the e-commerce company says women earn 100% as much as men at eBay domestically and 99.8% as much globally.

There are not, however, as many women as men in leadership positions. eBay reported earlier last year that 29% of its leaders are women, a slight improvement over the year before.
