Lawsuit claims Apple iPhone 6 screens unresponsive, because I guess that matters

A group of unhappy iPhone 6 and 6 Plus owners says Apple hasn’t taken necessary precautions (like the metal shield on the iPhone 5) to protect the series of phones from dysfunctional touch screens.

A new lawsuit accuses the company of fraud and violating California consumer protection laws, Reuters reports. iFixit called the design defect “Touch Disease” after hearing multiple reports of a gray bar at the top of the screen that then rendered it essentially useless.CD
