Tesla stock has dropped by more than 10%, following yesterday’s announcement that Tesla is making a bid for SolarCity in a $2.8 billion stock swap. Elon Musk, who serves as SolarCity’s chairman, said the deal was a “no-brainer.” Looks like shareholders don’t feel that way:
