Why men don’t use parental leave

Just in time for Father’s Day, comes a survey from Deloitte on parental leave with some sobering statistics. Despite the fact that 64% of respondents agree that men and women should get the same amount of parental leave, more than half (54%)  believe dads would be judged if they took the same amount as moms.
