You may not have realized it, but net neutrality was almost killed again

A decision Tuesday by a panel of three judges on the D.C. Circuit upheld the tenets of net neutrality and ruled that high-speed Internet is a utility. The net neutrality rules, which were outlined by the Federal Communications Commission last year, sparked a tug-of-war between open Internet advocates and Internet providers. 

If companies like Verizon and Comcast have anything to say about it, this case could likely find its way to the Supreme CourtPM
