Along with 15 other individuals and families–including Airbnb cofounders Joe Gebbia and Nathan Blecharczyk –they all joined the global initiative created by Warren Buffett and Bill and Melinda Gates that encourages billionaires to give the majority of their wealth to philanthropic causes. The prestigious group now includes 154 signatories from 16 countries and includes business leaders from industries ranging from medicine and biotech to real estate and dairy farming.
