Volkswagen execs still set to get bonuses after diesel-cheat scandal

The top management board at Volkswagen has agreed to accept a 30% reduction in their annual bonuses in the wake of the diesel emissions cheating scandal, Reuters reports

But that doesn’t go far enough, argues the company’s second-largest shareholder, the German state of Lower Saxony. Representatives of Lower Saxony want executive bonuses scrapped altogether.
