FAST COMPANY: What do you do when you don’t know what to do?

DAVID ALLMARK: Well, never be afraid to reach out for help within the organization. I think what’s really important is you’ve got to know yourself and you’ve got to understand your great strengths that you have but also the limits you have as an individual. And when selecting a team, you really complement your team in making sure they can answer things you can’t answer yourself. Be brave, be courageous, operate as a team, and celebrate the fact that you are asking for their help and really come at it from a team approach.
