DAVID ALLMARK: I think it’s about treating success and failure in the same way. That they should never feel bad about that, because if you’re not trying you’re not really pushing the business and you’re not really pushing the ideation of the team in any way. So I think celebrating in some respects failures and understanding why they failed is really important in an organization.
