FAST COMPANY: How do you deal with negative feedback?

BENI LOPEZ: It try to first get my facts right. Once I have my facts right, I meet with a client, and I tell them that we need to detach. Let's not take anything personal, but by detaching, we make sure we focus on the solution of the problem. And it always turns out for the best if we both focus on trying to focus on trying to solve the problem rather than pointing fingers at each other.
