FAST COMPANY: How do you prepare for a big meeting?

PAUL PLUSCHKELL: When you go to a big meeting, you make sure that you have the background of the company you’re having the meeting with, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, what the meeting’s goals are. So, it’s all about preparing before for the meeting, and the meeting is game day. That’s when you’re prepared, it’s very inspiring to go into a meeting when you’re well-prepared, when you actually have something of value to offer a customer, as opposed to going in to a first time fact finding.AB
