FAST COMPANY: How do you inspire your staff?
DAWN SWEENEY: Again, the responsibility of the CEO really is to make sure you set the vision, set the values, clearly identify what the behaviors are that are expected, then do the very best you can to walk the talk. I every day find multiple people in my own organization who inspire me by their devotion and dedication and creativity passion for the mission of what we do. And I think it’s all of our jobs, both to inspire each other, but also be inspired. And I find myself in a situation where we’re very lucky and I find myself inspired by our staff every day.
