Apple Duped By Workers At Chinese iPhone Distributor

Over the course of a month, alleged scammers successfully exchanged 121 fake iPhone 4S parts for real ones ($64,117 worth) with Apple to put them in counterfeit phones before getting arrested. Workers reportedly made $161 in profit per i-fauxn. The distributor claims no wrongdoing.
