How three college grads worked in a basement and lived off of ramen as they built “the best and brightest social media agency on the planet.”


Mike Germano met Chris Petescia in high school, and then Bobby Gaafar in college. The three of them decided to build a business together. After graduation they began the Carrot Creative social media agency in a basement office, but after doubling or tripling in size each year, they now occupy a huge office in Dumbo, Brooklyn, and represent national brands like Disney, Redbull, Ford, and the NFL.
