The Music Video Every CMO Needs To See

Is your brand making you money or costing you money? Fact: Beige is way overrated. So is comfortably numb. Brand identity expert David Brier teamed up with singer/songwriter Thomas Hallett to create a music video that answers the question, “Why do so many brands suck?”

Given all the words to this post became the lyrics to the music video, I won’t bore you with additional words, I’ll let the video speak for itself.


Two words of caution:

  • No actual brands were harmed in the making of this video, and
  • This is best viewed on a large screen or at least an iPad, not your iPhone or smartphone.
