Oscar-nominated actor Brad Pitt appeared on John Stewart last night and offered what sounds like just as good a plan as any for picking the Best Actor winner.

Pitt is nominated for his role as Billy Beane in Moneyball. He’s up against George Clooney, who’s nominated for the The Descendants, Jean Dujardin for The Artist, Gary Oldman for Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, and Demian Bichir for A Better Life.
