Bill joined the Society in December 2010. Previously, he worked for the University of South Dakota, where he held the positions of director of the Government Research Bureau and associate professor of political science. Prior to that, he worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as an analytic methodologist. Bill has a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, and a master's degree and doctorate in political science from The Ohio State University.
Bill's passion is his family. He is proud that his work at the Society allows him to be a steward for his family's future and the future of the Society. He enjoys pheasant hunting, dog training, running and building Legos with his children.
