Organizational Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator with over 11 years of experience in education, training and organizational development for large organizations.  Expertise training in the areas of leadership, communication, conflict management, employee development, diversity, sexual harassment, team development, change management., wellness and yoga instruction. Consults with organizations in the areas of change management, communication and needs assessment. Meta Navigator(MN) dedicated to assisting people implement innovative and successful communication applications following best practices in the Internet metaverse, Second Life. Served as faculty in private and public higher and K-12 institutions. Formerly served as senior manager for training and organizational development for a large government division.
