Mr. Grounds has over twenty years of project management and development experience in organizations ranging from discrete and process manufacturing to service organizations and wireless telecom providers. During his consulting and IT career, Mr. Grounds' focus has been in the areas of IT Strategy, design and implementation of custom software solutions, facilitation of enterprise software selection projects and the application of software engineering best practices as well as large-scale project management.

Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Grounds consulted with Hitachi Consulting and Tactica. Prior to his consulting work served as Director of IT for PageNet, Owner and lead architect of Universal Methodology Group, Inc., Sr. Project Manager for Cargill and Director of IT for Pancho's Management Corporation.
