I have a professional degree from the University of Victoria and graduate certification from Royal Roads University, and over twenty years of leadership experience including working as Director of Stopping the Violence and Regional Programs Branch (BC government), and I have published the following books: Protocols in Response to Violence Against Women in Relationships (1994).
