The Director of Digital Media for Kosher Media Network, Tamar Genger, is also an expert on kosher health and nutrition. She worked as a Project Coordinator for Center for Science in the Public Interest before she stared her career as a digital media strategist and entrepreneur.
Tamar is also associated with several renowned associations like American Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Food and Culinary Professionals dietetic practice groups and others. Earlier, she was an Information Technology Coordinator for the District of Columbia Metropolitan Area Dietetic Association.
Tamar also worked as a research associate and dietitian at the University of Maryland in College Park. Apart from her association with Kosher Media Network, she is also a founder and Executive Editor of joyofkosher.com, the world’s largest online Jewish food community. She also won the Young Dietitian of the Year Award from the District of Columbia Metropolitan Area Dietetic Association.
