Acts as a business problem solver in clean and green-tech industries by analyzing market, economic, competitive and customer trends and works with product development teams to maximize business results, as well as identifies and resolves ambiguities in business direction. Creates presentations and databases which will provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieving the business objectives.

Establishes global channel sales business development framework, marketing go-to-market strategies and business planning through potential technology acquisition analysis, study and preparation. Works closely with other business units on each market participation. Leads business unit and country white space analysis effort. Leads coordination, analysis and completion of market analysis and competitive studies. Identifies and communicates opportunities to the business unit and country organizations. Analyzes, reviews and summarizes the participation by business unit and region.

Prepares business cases to justify new entry into markets and emerging technology areas as identified by the senior management team. Conducts qualitative and quantitative market research in breadth and depth on filtration membrane and related application industries (water / wastewater treatment, energy recovery and bio-based materials). Plays the role of qualitative and quantitative business research and consulting advisor to the technology commercialization team.

Analyses market opportunities and competitive situations to determine product positioning and product roadmap, as well as works closely with cross-functional teams during the entire product life cycle (product definition through discontinuance) to influence whole product direction.
