CIG's primary business focus surrounds a train the trainer program for displaced financial services professionals who desire new ways to serve their clients. Sherman's history includes a 17 year stint in the mortgage industry where he worked for national firms, owned his own company and served as President of the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Brokers. For the last five years Sherman's work has included recruitment, hiring, and training a team of 2100 loan officers, starting two companies, and previously served as a chief consultant with Caslte Ventures, LLC, a Private Equity firm in Cool Springs.
