Sherie Valderrama is an international human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in human resources policy and management, talent acquisition, succession planning, mentoring, organizational development and training.  Her specialized areas of expertise include talent acquisition, with a successful track record in designing and managing competitive recruitment organizations to identify and attract diverse pools of executive and management talent, and directing recruitment operations across national and international geographies.

Sherie is presently Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Sodexo, a leading food and facilities contract management company.  Prior to joining Sodexo, Sherie directed the international recruitment operations in more than 60 countries worldwide for Development Alternatives, Inc., a professional services consulting firm.

She is a member of the Women's Food Service Forum, and also serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Houston’s Hospitality Industry Diversity Institute.
