I have worked in 3 of the oldest companies in India for over 30 years, mainly in the fields of HR,OD,Mgt Development. Since the early 1990s I have been offering consultancy services - mainly in HR and OD - to NGOs operating in rural India and urban areas like Delhi, Cochin and Chennai. I am also the Vice-President of an NGO called Mountain Children's Foundation whose main mission is to help the needy children living in the rural, mountains of the southern Himalayas. During my professional career I held the position of Vice-President, Indian Society for Training & Development.
