I sit on the board of two Universities (Trinity College, Dublin Ireland and University of Virginia, both business schools)and am on the board of Peace Players International (www.peaceplayersintl.org) which uses sport to bring opposing sides together in areas of conflict. My interests are in three primary areas: learning and innovation; sports and outdoor activities, and my family. I spent five years training for the Olympics in the sport of rowing and finished second in the 1996 Olympics and won many international and national championships.
