Mr. Wolfe is Chairman of the Governance & Nominating Committee of the Board for National Technical Systems, a NASDAQ traded company, and a member of the Board of XPert Technologies, an OTC company and Chairman of the Board for Web Wise Kids, a non-profit agency educating youth on the safe and appropriate use of the Internet. He serves the community as leader in a number of professional associations including roles as Chairman of CEO Council of AeA, Co-Chair of Directors Institute of the Forum for Corporate Directors, Treasurer of the Product Development and Management Association, Chairman of the Software Council of Southern California, NACD and other professional associations in Southern California.
