Bio

My career has focused on executive assessment and coaching since getting a Ph.D. in 1975. I am Canadian, but lived in the UK for 20 years from 1986 to 2006. I am very interested in everything to do with leadership and have written a fair amount on this subject. I am trying to change the way we think about leadership, a grand ambition, thus why I emphasize the word "trying." I would like to hear from anyone who thinks our concept of leadership is outdated.
