A practitioner in the application of creative processes to the resolution of strategic challenges, I am involved in initiatives to realize innovation in information technology and media. Past efforts have seen my involvement at a strategic level to devise solutions that define or expand business capabilities. Over the course of time, I have also worked through the tactical procedures and methods necessary to enact the results of ideation. Several of the industries I have served include telecommunications, financial services, entertainment, and manufacturing. Government services, retail, and general services are also industries in which I’ve played a role.
Technology may not differentiate, but quality certainly does.
