I am currently the Chief Creativity and Innovation Catalyst for Inotivity -- a firm that provides innovation and creativity facilitation and training. I am also a Certified Faciltator with Solution People based in Chicago -- a company that has provided innovation and creativity resources for many of the top Fortune Companies including Google, American Express, Yahoo, Kraft Foods and Capital One. My career experience includes senior creative and consultant positions at some of nation's most successful advertising agencies including Saatchi and Saatchi and the Martin Agency. I've created work for such clients as Toyota, Pioneer Stereo, The Boston Bruins, AMF bowling, Genworth Financial, Wachovia, Keep America Beautiful, George Washington University Hospital and Disney. The biggest reward for me is helping firms and individuals become more innovative by 1) using cutting edge creative tools and 2) by tapping into their own knowledge and experience.
