I am using innovative tools which foster creativity and right-brain thinking (role playing, story telling, extensive use of metaphors and myths).I am also trained with the TMS (Team management System) and the SPM (Spony Profiling Model, integrating 360° feedback, intercultural Management and Motivation at work). 
I am a certified Master NLP coach , also trained in theater and drama.
