With expertise in the areas of innovation and transformational technology management, Manoj Govindan brings the perspective of strategic change and idea actualization to the challenges of aligning environmental, technological, social and financial stakeholders.His research interests include design innovation, user behavior and technology development, design for sustainability and financial and operational metrics of sustainability. He also examines how teams create effective innovation, invention and proof-of-concept processes for the design of products and services. Mr. Govindan is the Innovation Portfolio Executive for Enterprise Technology at Bank of America (BAC) where he is charting a disruptive yet result-oriented path to sustained innovation by intersecting technology, collaboration and ethnographic design principles.At BAC, Mr. Govindan has previously helped articulate a Global Operating Strategy and transform the Infrastructure organization into a Global Operating Model.
