I currently am a web marketing strategist at Amway Japan where formulate and implement strategy integrating social media, digital advertising, online branding, ecommerce and web & physical community. For most of 2008, I was a member of the Amway Innovation Team where I worked as lead strategist planning a new multichannel business which combined web and physical community, direct marketing (ecommerce and catalog), a home education program, a school and retail/event spaces. In my first year at Amway Japan, I planned and designed a CRM interface, productivity tools and communication media for our distributors/sales force. Throughout 2007, I was a member of the Amway Global Social Media team and provided expertise and strategy for a social media platform. I was also involved in various new digital projects including the redesign of the corporate site amway.co.jp, the CEO blog and product sales online contents.
