• Negotiate with candidate's current mortgage holder to reduce late fees and attorney fees accrued as a
result of missed or late payments
• Assist in locating alternate financing as a temporary or permanent fix
• Provide suggestions for improving credit so they may be able to qualify for lower interest rate financing
• Assist in reducing the foreclosure rate by keeping people in their homes

• People who are currently behind on their mortgage payments
• People who are in adjustable rate mortgages with the adjustment period in sight
• Mortgage holders or banks facing the costs of foreclosure
