WHO WE ARE • A Louisville, KY based company created to help good people in unfortunate financial situations • We use our experience and expertise in the finance industry to assist people with their home financing and over all credit profile WHAT WE DO • Prescreen candidates for conventional fixed rate financing through Magellan Mortgage Group • Negotiate with candidate's current mortgage holder to reduce late fees and attorney fees accrued as a result of missed or late payments • Assist in locating alternate financing as a temporary or permanent fix • Provide suggestions for improving credit so they may be able to qualify for lower interest rate financing • Assist in reducing the foreclosure rate by keeping people in their homes WHO WE HELP • People who are currently behind on their mortgage payments • People who are in adjustable rate mortgages with the adjustment period in sight • Mortgage holders or banks facing the costs of foreclosure • The local community and government • All homeowners in the vicinity of the candidate WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO • We want to be part of the solution to the ever growing problem of adjustable rate mortgages • We realize there are many people who would like to work to keep their home.
